Today marks the 71st anniversary of a horrific event in American history – the Pearl Harbor Attack on December 7th, 1941.
As we remember the precious lives lost that tragic day, we appreciate the immeasurable sacrifices our service men and women continue to make every day. Instead of enjoying the holiday season with their families and loved ones, they are vehemently fighting for our freedoms – freedoms, that should be a human right for all mankind, are more a sacred privilege in this tumultuous world.
As Americans and human beings, let’s each challenge ourselves to devote our thoughts and prayers to our brave soldiers not just today, but every day. These soldiers are fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, friends and family. We owe them a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid, and we will be forever thankful for each and every one of them.
