Tech Tip of the Week–Record Touchpoints and Activities in Top Producer Mobile

Smartphone

Entertainment-focused mobile apps can be loads of fun, but the best apps are those designed to make your life easier and your business more productive. Such is the case with Top Producer Mobile. This app offers a number of great features designed to help you in your day-to-day business, and this week, we want to share the Wrapping Up Touchpoints feature with you. With this easy-to-use feature, you can record touch points (contact with clients and prospects) and completed activities, staying on top of what you’ve accomplished and what you still need to do.

 Here is how this works:

  • Using Top Producer Mobile, you make a call to a client or prospect, or you send an email message, text message, or Market Snapshot.
  • The Wrap Up page appears and allows you to record the fact that you placed a call or sent a message. You can also update the status of the your contact, noting the current position of the contact in the lead lifecycle.
  • With just a quick tap of your finger, you can record the details of the touchpoint and then tap again to schedule a follow-up activity, such as another phone call, another message, or an appointment you set with your contact.

This app also provides recording options for wrapping up an activity. You can easily record a completed activity, which will take you to the Wrap Up Activity page. Once on this page, you can do the following:

  • See related contacts and details.
  • Note that the activity is complete, so that it is removed from your current activity list.
  • If you have a single contact linked to the completed activity, you can update the contact’s status based on where you currently consider the contact in the lead lifecycle.
  • Enter notes about the completed activity.
  • Schedule the next related activity–if you do record another activity, this information is automatically updated in the associated contact records, and if applicable, the property’s listing or closing record.
