Social support <\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong>includes regular contact with supportive friends, family or healthcare professionals<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>. These people provide emotional support or information on how to manage stressful situations. Having a social support network helps with mood and mental health.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
