This demographic data is generally available only when visitors convert and leave their personal information on your web forms. But what about all of the people who don’t convert? You know, the bulk of your website traffic.

The LinkedIn insight tag, a snippet of JavaScript code you add to your website, is intended to be used by LinkedIn advertisers to track conversions. In addition, it gives you access to Website Demographics, a free reporting tool that provides information about the people who visit your site.

While account-based marketing (ABM) integrations rely on IP information and third-party data to understand who visitors are, LinkedIn is more accurate in identifying users because it relies on its own user data. This means LinkedIn can provide more information at a higher accuracy rate than most ABM systems can.

The best thing about the Website Demographics tool is that it’s free. You need to have a LinkedIn ads account but you don’t have to actually run any ads to gain access to the insights.

With this tool, you can get insights for your website as a whole or specific pages (which is helpful if you have multiple products and various types of consumers).

RevStaffing would be glad to help you add this to your website and google analytics.

Why It’s Important to Generate Leads Using Social Media https://revstaffing.com/important-generate-leads-using-social-media/ https://revstaffing.com/important-generate-leads-using-social-media/#respond Mon, 30 Oct 2017 21:38:40 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=4756

Before we can talk about generating leads on social media, let’s define exactly what we mean when we talk about leads. Leads are simply potential customers who have expressed some interest in your real estate business and have provided contact information you can use to follow up with more information. You can then pass these leads directly to your VA or engage with them using a tailored content marketing program.

Generating Leads
Why is it important to think about how to generate leads on social media? Consider that 90 percent of decision-makers say they never respond to cold calls. On the other hand, 76 percent of buyers are ready to have a conversation on social media.

If you’re not producing your sales team with a steady stream of potential new customers, you’re doing your business a disservice. And you’re doing yourself a disservice too. Because lead generation metrics are a key way to prove the value of your social marketing efforts. Perhaps the greatest benefit of lead generation using social media specifically is the ability to focus on highly qualified leads through advanced targeting. After all, marketing analysis shows that improving the quality of leads is the most significant goal for marketers, while simply increasing the quantity of leads comes in third. Recent studies show that 70% of leads are generated thru social media.

The benefits of using social media to generate quality leads will also lead to an increase in website traffic and brand awareness for your real estate business. If you need help with your social media marketing let REVStaffing help you to achieve your goals and increase your potential! Celebrate Women’s Equality Day – August 26th https://revstaffing.com/celebrate-womens-equality-day-august-26th-4/ https://revstaffing.com/celebrate-womens-equality-day-august-26th-4/#respond Wed, 26 Aug 2015 20:11:34 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=3728 Today marks a turning point in the history for women’s rights!  Women’s Equality Day is a day to commemorate when women were allowed to vote throughout the country.

Women in the U.S. were granted the right to vote on August 26, 1920.  That’s when the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was signed into law.

The woman suffrage amendment was actually first introduced to the U.S. Congress in 1978, but took 42 years before it received approval from both the House of Representatives and Senate.

In 1971, Congresswoman Bella Abzug introduced a resolution designating August 26 of each year as Women’s Equality Day.

Every president has made a proclamation for Women’s Equality Day since 1972.

LinkedIn DO’s and DON’Ts https://revstaffing.com/linkedin-dos-donts/ https://revstaffing.com/linkedin-dos-donts/#respond Mon, 18 Aug 2014 16:23:53 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=3068 linkedin do's and don'tsI’m sure you’re familiar with LinkedIn, an online networking community for professionals. What you may not be familiar with, however, are some of LinkedIn’s regulations and general best practices. To optimize your account, here’s a list of LinkedIn DO’s and DON’Ts.

Do… Don’t…
Connect with professionals you have met in person. Send a slew of blind invitations to professionals you’ve never met and do not know.
Ask another connection to introduce you to other professionals. Name drop in order to make the connection yourself.
Upload a professional photo of yourself as your profile picture. Upload your company logo, symbol, unprofessional image, etc. as your profile picture. (Doing so may get your account deleted)
Post interesting and relevant content with information others may benefit from or enjoy. Clog the newsfeed with shameless, repetitive self-promotions and requests for business.
Be honest in your profile, treating it as an online resume. Lie about or exaggerate your experience.
Include all contact information in the designated areas. Post your website or phone number as your ‘name’. (Doing so may get your account deleted)
Ask professionals with whom you have worked for reviews and/or endorsements. Ask for or expect endorsements from complete strangers.
Join groups relevant to your industry in order to network, learn and share valuable information. Join irrelevant groups for the sole purpose of marketing yourself and/or your business. (spam)

Following the above list of LinkedIn’s DO’s and DONT’s isn’t just part of good etiquette – some are part of the company’s legal user agreement which you agreed to upon creating an account. Stick to the list of “DO’s” and you’ll be sure to find this networking platform extremely beneficial to your professional career.

What your Linkedin Picture says about you https://revstaffing.com/what-your-linkedin-picture-says-about-you/ https://revstaffing.com/what-your-linkedin-picture-says-about-you/#respond Wed, 20 Nov 2013 15:36:29 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=2465 tim crop 1What is the old saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”?  If that is the case then we should make sure our Linkedin pictures portray the best image possible.   We all want to look like a credible, confident, and professional person who anyone would want to work with.

5 Tips to a great Linkedin photo

1.  Always use a photo

People want to make sure that they have connected with the right person so it is important to put a face with your name.  Often times, there is more than one person with the same name on Linkedin so pictures are important.

2.  Use a Recent picture of yourself

We like to post photos that we like of ourselves but make sure it is a recent photo.  You don’t want to meet someone in person and have them think you look a lot older or different in person compared to your profile.

3.  You should be the only subject in the photo

It’s your professional profile picture, so the focus should be on you.  Do not include group shots, photos with your significant other, child or pets.

4.  Wear appropriate professional or business casual attire

It is best to appear in the photo as you would be seen in a business environment so dress accordingly.  We all have a favorite sports team or heaven forbid bathing suit but let’s keep our Linkedin photos professional.

5.  Don’t use your company’s product or logo as a photo.

People who are searching for you on Linkedin want to o connect with you, so avoid displaying your company’s logo — unless it’s your company’s page. Once     they connect with you they can learn about your product and company from your profile.

How to use Linkedin to Grow your Business https://revstaffing.com/how-to-use-linkedin-to-grow-your-business/ https://revstaffing.com/how-to-use-linkedin-to-grow-your-business/#respond Fri, 27 Sep 2013 20:59:27 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=2297 Are you maximizing your Linkedin page to grow your business?  First and foremost it is very important to have ONE profile that is complete.

No need to have a separate personal and business page. Linkedin is your business page and it is best to develop your page for maximum results.

Linkedin has been called a digital resume but it can be even more than that. Here are some tips to build a more powerful means of attracting and managing connections and to encourage more business opportunities.

  • Optimize your personal profile by using appropriate Keyword Phrases in your Title and HEADING.Your title is important but your heading is a great opportunity to further describe and emphasize your skills and areas of expertise.
  • Tagging your Skills allows you to add additional information that might be useful to your connections and business prospects. It will also enhance your search engine optimization (SEO) within Linkedin and the open web.
  • Personally acknowledge and Welcome New Connections is a valuable strategy for developing relationships and standing apart from others who are just collecting connections.
  • Add Video to your Linkedin page to engage your connections or supply them with  additional information about you and your business.
  • Tag your Connections so you can organize and share useful information with them.  It is a great way to build beneficial relationships that will serve you well in the future.
  • Update your CRM with data from Linkedin.  People are diligent about updating their Linkedin page so use this current information to update your CRM throughout the year.
