holiday greetings – RevStaffing https://revstaffing.com Real Estate Virtual Staffing Fri, 04 Sep 2015 17:05:54 +0000 en-US hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.5.2 https://revstaffing.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/cropped-new-rs-logo-2020-1-32x32.jpg holiday greetings – RevStaffing https://revstaffing.com 32 32 How Contactually Helps Realtors https://revstaffing.com/how-contactually-helps-realtors/ https://revstaffing.com/how-contactually-helps-realtors/#respond Mon, 06 Apr 2015 18:18:30 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=3347 crmCustomer relationship management (CRM) provider Contactually was not specifically designed only for Realtors. However, a growing number of Realtors nationwide are using Contactually’s cloud-based software to stay in better contact with their clients and database, and the company continues to make their system work for Realtor needs.

Since the company launched at the end of 2011, the CRM systems Contactually provides have continued to make upgrades, many of which are perfect for those in the real estate industry — from agents, to teams, to brokerage firms.

Contactually brings together databases from numerous sources. This includes integrating with Gmail, Google contacts, Google calendar, Yahoo, AOL, Facebook, Twitter, crm2 LinkedIn, Skype, Foursquare, Tumblr, Flickr, Quora, Klout, Placester, and Zapier, as well as certain other CRM programs like Highrise, Salesforce, BombBomb, MailChimp, SugarCRM, CapsuleCRM, and Producteev.

The idea behind Contactually is to organize all of the users’ many networks and to help keep the users themselves more organized and focused on their relations with contacts.

Relationships can be tracked easily via Contactually’s dashboard. This is where the user will receive daily reminders on actions that need to be taken with certain contacts. Pipelines can show exactly what stage active contacts are in.

crm3Individual emails can be created from within Contactually, as can mass emails to contact databases. Email templates and article sharing plugins are made available to all users. Contacts can be selected to be enrolled in various email programs and campaigns.

For those who need help on understanding all that this system provides, the company offers the Contactually Academy, which consists of a library of “how to” videos, along with daytime live training and support.

Using software that was introduced last year, companies and brokers who sign up their realty offices and agents to Contactually will have a broker dashboard, allowing thecrm4m to see how often and how well their agents are using the CRM programs.

More information on what Contactually can do for Realtors can be found at Contactually.com.

November – A Month of Gratitude https://revstaffing.com/november-a-month-of-gratitude/ https://revstaffing.com/november-a-month-of-gratitude/#respond Wed, 06 Nov 2013 16:47:59 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=2436 Fall-CornucopiaNovember is the perfect month to practice being grateful for all of life’s blessings -big and small. Gratitude helps us enjoy, appreciate, and be more satisfied with our lives. Grateful people deal with life’s ups and downs more gracefully. Research suggests that being grateful can make you happier and is good for your health. A positive attitude can give you more energy, reduce stress and even boost your immune system. November is the perfect time to reenergize yourself and organize your business so you can thoroughly enjoy the holidays of December.

November Checklist

A Personal Thank you Note

As everyone prepares for the Holidays of December, take some time to personally thank your past clients during the month of November.  A personal hand-written note or greeting card will brighten their day and really express your gratitude.

Social Media Post

Take time to thank people or local businesses that you have worked with throughout the year.  These public posts are a great way to make them feel appreciated and with your “stamp of approval” possibly send new business their way.

Organize your Contact list

Examine your contact list to make sure their information is correct and perhaps update your business pipeline so you will be ready for the New Year.

Newsletters

Start developing your December newsletter so you can beat the holiday rush.   Choose your photos, recipes, market analysis and event information so you can send your December newsletter early in the month.

Holiday Cards

Order your holiday cards now so you can take advantage of discounts and get a head start on personalizing them.

The REVStaffing team is happy to help you manage all your holiday marketing campaigns.  Please call (855) 738-7821 or email us at info@revstaffing.com

Tips for a Great Independence Day https://revstaffing.com/tips-for-a-great-independence-day/ https://revstaffing.com/tips-for-a-great-independence-day/#respond Fri, 29 Jun 2012 22:20:56 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=1407 Waving FlagIndependence Day is next week! Once again, it’s time to celebrate the signing of the Declaration of Independence with friends and family members. Here are some tips you can use to tie the holiday in with your business and ensure that your time off is as carefree as possible:

1. Send Holiday Greetings:

Send a greeting to wish your clients a happy and safe holiday. You can send your greeting in the form of a card or postcard you deliver via regular mail or in an e-card. An e-card makes a particularly good choice if you decide to send a greeting close to the holiday and aren’t sure a physical card will reach your recipients in time. Additionally, some of your clients might enjoy the novelty of getting a card in their email inboxes rather than their mailboxes.

2. Create a Pre-Holiday Post:

You can also mark the holiday by creating an Independence Day post for your blog. What should you include in a July 4th post? You could write a post of things to do to celebrate the holiday, delicious Independence Day recipes, holiday events planned in the community you market, or tips for staying safe while enjoying traditional holiday fun, such barbecuing and enjoying fireworks. You could make the post educational and include interesting facts about Independence Day and even provide some details about a nearby city’s role in the American Revolution.

3. Prepare for the Holiday:

The time you take off for Independence Day will be much more satisfying if you spend a little time preparing in advance. You can start by letting your clients know when you will be unavailable, such as on July 4th and 5th. You might also benefit from completing necessary paperwork and must-do tasks a day or two before the holiday. This way, you can enjoy a smooth transition from work week to time off, without anything looming over your head while you try to relax. If you know the critical tasks for your next work day are either finished or set up and ready to go, you’ll enjoy your celebration much more.

4. Keep Safe:

Most importantly, stay safe and have fun! Click here for tips for fireworks safety from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. Then visit the National Fire Protection Association for safe grilling information.

What if you’re not a United States real estate agent? These tips are easily adaptable for any holiday!

Our REVStaffing virtual assistants dramatically boost our clients’ productivity. Take your next step towards better organization of your residential or commercial business by sending us an email, or give us a call for a free needs analysis. Sending Holiday Thoughts to Your Contacts? You’ll Want to READ THIS! https://revstaffing.com/sending-holiday-thoughts-to-your-contactsyoull-want-to-read-this/ https://revstaffing.com/sending-holiday-thoughts-to-your-contactsyoull-want-to-read-this/#respond Fri, 02 Dec 2011 18:17:15 +0000 http://revstaffing.com/?p=598 As we indicated last month, the REVStaffing team is ready to help you quickly and easily send holiday greeting.

Your imagination sets the limits – show your clients that you care by wishing them personalized greetings. Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, the New Year – whatever holidays you and your contacts observe – REVStaffing will work with you to create and send the memorable messages you want to express.

Top Producer urges you to send your holiday greetings ONE WEEK in advance of your holiday of choice, in order to beat the rush. Nobody wants to stand in line at the Post Office on Christmas Eve, right? Planning ahead and starting your holiday greeting mailings early will definitely help you to avoid headaches.

REVStaffing reminds you that regardless of the mailing program you’re using, it’s a good idea to get those warm wishes out early – you’ll avoid email server backups (and the potential of your message not being received). Your REVStaffing team will help you create the perfect message – and send it with perfect timing.

This holiday season will keep you at the top of your contacts’ minds – Call REVStaffing today to get started with your services, or to request more information at 855-738-7821 EXT 703.
