Writing a Great Real Estate Blog

blog clip art 2As a successful real estate agent you know that communicating and being in front of your clients and prospective clients is crucial. A great way to stay connected is blogging.  It allows you to show your more personal side and hopefully provide useful information to your readers.

Starting a real estate blog may be intimidating to many so we have put together a few tips to follow when starting a blog.

Write Consistently. Schedule a day to write your blogs and be sure to post on the same day every week.  You can examine your website traffic data to see what day and time you have the most visits to your social media sites.

Share on your Social Media Sites – When you write your blog, be sure to share on all of your social media sites with a link back to your website. This is the best way to make sure your blog is reaching your audience and it enables them to visit your website where they can see your listings and other important resources.

Mix it up- Be sure to offer a variety of information in your blog.  Consistently writing about home buying and selling trends will get boring.  Offer local information that your audience will be interested in like local art shows, restaurant openings, author visits at the library… etc.  Remember your main goal is to build relationships.

The REVStaffing team is happy to help your get your blog started and show you how it can help your real estate business.   Please call (855) 738-7821 or email us at info@revstaffing.com
